What is NCKX’5
NCKX5 Exchanger is patented bio-engineered formulation
invented by Fraunhofer Biomedical Institute (Deutsch) in
which it is used to suppress the biologic activities of NCKX5
gene (also known as SLC24A5 gene) interfering the
melanocyte activation. NCKX5 is a gene composed with 396
amino acid molecules stationed in chromosome-15 inside our
DNA; scientific studies reveal high activation of NCKX5 gene
cause high activation of melanocyte, further lead to rapid
production of melanin and gives our skin the dark tones.
Caucasian has widely known to have low NCKX5 gene activities
compare to other ethnics. Fraunhofer begin to test on different
protein in caucasian body since 2005 looking to find the
feasible pair of proteins that answer to NCKX5 gene. NCKX’5
Exchanger consist of GDF-101 that reducing melanin’s
secretion, ideally inhibit specific melanin’s chemical pathway to
interfere only skin pigmentation but not to others. Stage-3
clinical trial been carried out in 2014, miraculous results
observed but more importantly it doesn’t cause albinism or any

traditional use, chemical content, and pharmacological
activities of A.muricata. From 49 research articles that
were obtained from 1981 to 2021, A.muricata’s
activities were shown to include anticancer (25%),
antiulcer (17%), antidiabetic (14%), antiprotozoal
(10%), antidiarrhea (8%), antibacterial (8%), antiviral
(8%), antihypertensive (6%), and wound healing (4%).
Several biological activities and the general
mechanisms underlying the effects of A.muricatahave
been tested both in vitro and in vivo. A.muricata
contains chemicals such as acetogenins (annomuricins
and annonacin), alkaloids (coreximine and reticuline),
flavonoids (quercetin), and vitamins, which are
predicted to be responsible for the biological activity of
A.muricata.
Redox signaling is a critical component of cell signaling
pathways that is involved in regulation of cell growth,
metabolism, hormone signaling, immune regulation and variety
of other physiological functions. Peroxiredoxin (Prx) is a family
of thiol-based peroxidases that acts as a regulator of redox
signaling. Members of Prx family can act as antioxidants and
chaperone. Sulfiredoxin (Srx) is an antioxidant protein that
exclusively reduces over-oxidized typical 2-Cys Prx. Srx have
different affinities for individual Prx and it also catalyzes
deglutathionylation of variety of substrates. Individual
components of Srx-Prx system play critical roles in
carcinogenesis by modulating cell signaling pathway involved
in cell proliferation, migration and metastasis. Expression
levels of individual components of Srx-Prx axis has been
correlated with patient survival outcome in multiple cancer
types. This review will summarize the molecular basis of
differences in affinity of Srx for individual Prx and the role of
individual components of Srx-Prx system in tumor progression
and metastasis. This enhanced understanding of molecular
aspects of Srx-Prx interaction and its role in cell signal
transduction will help in defining Srx-Prx system as a future
therapeutic target in human cancer.

becomes harmful to host organism when it starts protecting
the survival of tumor cells
